The thrust of the new

Ok. It’s happening.

Breath caught in my upper chest.

 

Bubbling, fiery, energy rising

All around and through my body.

 

Exquisite discomfort.

Matched with heightened presence.

 

It is time.

The new has arrived.

 

Directing my attention inward,

I breathe and listen.

 

Whether or not I’m ready,

It is time to act.
