Chakra 4: Heart Connection

How did last week measure up for you?
This week we move into a Chakra 4 focus—the heart. A time to connect with the people who help your heart feel alive. We are strongest together.
The map this week shows an opening in the center of a giant evergreen, as if the tree itself is parting to reveal its heart. A dark passage runs through the center—an open door into something we cannot yet see. Where the door leads is unknown. Perhaps we will discover together.
The colors of this map are Mother-Nature-Green and Resilience-of-the-Heart. We will find our way to resilience, and the earth will help guide us there.
Evergreen trees remind us of our ability to sustain through every season. Even through the cold. Even through the dark. Life continues quietly within.
There are six branches opening forward on the right side of the tree. Six carries a mothering energy—beckoning us inward. Giving, patience, and steady presence may be the best ways to open the heart this week.
The five branches on the left side of the tree tuck slightly backward. Five carries an adventurous and outward-moving energy. This week may ask us to soften that impulse a little—sitting in quiet, listening, and allowing the heart to lead.
Sometimes the invitation is simple:
