Chakra 2: Act
Did you touch down last week and find your ground?
There have been a lot of changes moving through many of our lives recently. I hope you were able to surrender where needed and allow grace to support you through the transition.
This week we move back into a Chakra 2 focus.
Second chakra weeks invite us to listen to our gut wisdom, align with our inner power, and take action. Rather than forcing movement, this is a time to notice where life is already asking for your participation and take the next aligned step.
The map this week is a planet covered in cracks stretching across its entire surface. Colors of root and crown chakra intertwine throughout the image, bridging spirit into matter. Through the fractures pours the bright blue of evolutionary growth and possibility.
The message is simple:
MOLT
The surface is breaking away as something larger grows beneath.
Anyone who has watched a snake shed its skin or a bird replace its feathers knows that molting is not destruction—it is transformation. The old structure has become too small for what is emerging.
What once protected us may no longer support our next stage of growth.
The process can feel uncomfortable. The old shell begins to crack before the new one feels secure. There is often a period of uncertainty where we find ourselves between identities, between stories, between versions of ourselves.
And yet, growth continues.
With any molting comes vulnerability. New skin is tender. New wings are soft. New possibilities have not yet fully revealed themselves.
If you find yourself feeling more sensitive this week, be gentle with yourself.
If old structures are cracking, trust that they may be making room for something larger.
If you feel called to act, let it be from alignment rather than urgency.
Something new is finding its way through.
Join Us Tomorrow
Our next EmBody Our Evolution Group Journey takes place:
Wednesday, June 10th
9:00 AM Pacific
10:00 AM Mountain
Together we’ll explore this week’s energy, receive guidance, and discover what is emerging beneath the surface for each of us.
If you’ve been feeling the cracks, the transition, or the call toward something new, we’d love to have you join us.
Thank you for changing the world by being you.
With love,
Dr. Aubrey Wallace

In a world with earthquake-level shifts on so many fronts, this is a useful reminder for navigating the rapids, for a time when we, and the societies in which we're embedded, are experiencing a need for shedding the old, and growing into our next iteration.
Thank you Sigurd. Certainly we need some changes and have many going on!
