This simple practice, a 2-minute ritual, is not about bypassing fear.It’s about meeting it like an old friend. Then asking Love to speak louder.
The Practice: Love and Fear – A 2-Minute Reset
You don’t need anything but yourself and a flicker of awareness.
Expected Outcome: A reduction in fear. An increase in loving presence.
Step 1: Meet the Fear
When fear arises, pause.
Feel it.
Where does it live in your body?
Your chest, your belly, your throat?
Name it gently:
“I’m afraid of ______.”
No need to fix it. Just witness.
One breath is enough to begin.
Step 2: Ask Love
Shift your attention upward.
Above your head.
Into the sky. Into the wise realm of your higher self.
Ask:
“What does Love say?”
Wait.
Let the words come. Soft. Strong. Clear.
Ask again: “And what else does Love say?”
Gather the truths like petals falling into your palm.
Step 3: Notice the Shift
Return to your body.
Has anything changed?
Is there a loosening?
A little more space?
Step 4: Trust What You Heard
Even if it felt faint—
That whisper was your truth.
Repeat as needed.
Love is always ready to speak.
A Poem for the Moment: Catch the Fear
Catch the fear,My love.
Catch it.
Early,If you can,Before it convinces you it’s you.
Catch it,Even if it’s already anchored in.
Feel the heaviness,The way it slows your vibration down.
Then—shout its name to the universe.And ask for Love to reveal the Truth.
Fear & Love as a Polarity
Fear is the opposite of trust.
And trust is born from anchoring in love.
You cannot hold fear and love in the same breath—
Not fully.
It’s like light and dark—when one is present, the other gently fades.
So when fear rises, catch it.
Name it.
Then ask: What would Love do right now?
Or better yet—try this:
Think of someone or something you love deeply.
Let that love flow through your chest.
Now, try to think of a fear.
Notice how the fear struggles to stay.
Love raises your frequency.
Fear can’t cling to high places.
Make Love Your Default
If fear feels like your daily companion,
Let love be your new ritual.
Try this exercise daily for a month.
Two minutes.
That’s all.
Hold the feeling of love until your body remembers:
You are safe.
You are wise.
You are not your fear.
You are more powerful than fear will ever be.
Remember who you are.
