Chakra 3: Shine your light!
Last week Saturn was singing some manifestation into our lives. I hope you were able to surrender into the flow of change.
This week we move back into a Chakra 3 focus. This is our mental realm. 3rd chakra weeks are a good time be confident in yourself and shine your light out to the world. A trick for this is to place your hand on your solar plexus (good name for it) and imagine a sun or star inside your belly. Now shine it!
What color is your star? Does shining it feel good?
Whatever arises this week, go ahead and use your head. Follow your plan. You’ve got this! You are okay!
Our EmBody Map this week is a gigantic rose in full bloom. White, gold, and blush pink colors represent unlimited potential, healing, and unconditional love blooming into our lives.
The rose symbolism includes love, beauty, and mysticism. White roses are about purity, innocence, new beginnings, and often remembrance. They are also associated with Aphrodite and the Virgin Mary. The gold and pink colors add flavors of hope, friendship, and appreciation.
The rose is blooming from the feminine side of the map—a blooming of soft, feminine, energies into our collective.
There are also buds in the colors of superpowers rising up on the top of the page. More to come!
The stamen and pollen are in the colors of feisty-love-in-action and programming tools. Looks like the feminine will be increasing the flowering of boundaries and bringing in new healing programs for the future generations.
And….there’s a spider hider.
Although she appears to be doing her best to not be seen, a spider, in manifestation purple, is tucked and hiding in the petals. Maybe waiting for pollinator snack.
The spider energy is about weaving our fates. Spiders are patient, receptive, creative and a strong symbol of feminine energy. They are associated with writing and facing our fears.
Many different aspects of the feminine are blooming this week.
The theme of BLUE (a joke on the word bloom) is about expressing yourself (even if you are a little blue).
Don’t worry, there will still be some yumminess ahead (mmm…).
