Chakra 3: Shine.

Last week was a reminder of the preciousness of time. All of what is can be felt within one moment. I hope you were able to find that moment for yourself.

This week we are in a chakra 3 focus. Chakra 3 is about the mental realm of being human. At its best, it is empathic, confident, and shines your light out to the world. When imbalanced, it can be hard to digest all what life is sending your way.

I hope you can find the space to digest and remember to be confident in who you are. Find your star inside of your solar plexus and shine!

This week a tiny seed of light is shining from within a dense field of darkness.

This map is about experiencing the contrast of the darkness and the light. And, an Epiphany of the heart energy.
