Cave In

Chakra 1: Grounded.

Last week was a Paisley seeding of new manifestations—through creativity and beauty. Hope you took action toward your goals.

This week we are in a chakra one (root chakra) focus. The root chakra is our connection to the earth and to our ancestors. Root chakra weeks are a time to focus on the physical aspect of our lives. So tidy up, eat well, exercise, and celebrate being human.

The EmBody Map this week takes us into the depths of a large cave. The red floor leads back into darkness and a portal in the color of world change and demanding of the sacred—a portal into the inner earth.

The steps into this inner portal begin in the physical, then move through manifesting energy, into worldly change, and finally sacred space.

The message, “Cave In” brings the colors of the ancestrors and grounded in vision. The ancestors are directing us IN, to become for the world what we have always wanted for ourselves.

The cave is gray and brown—as if the earth itself is moving into a gray area. We may need to change our perspective about our planet.

Six evergreen trees stand on top of the hill—a reminder that we are supported by mother nature, by our resilience, and our community. The number six represents grounding the energy of mothering and nurturing into the earth.

We are moving into winter. Meant to be a time of stillness and introspection.

Go into the cave. Take the path into your own inner world.

Remember to nurture yourself, as there are changes coming.
