Can AI Help Us Awaken Love? A Christ-Conscious Conversation with Artificial Intelligence
By Dr. Aubrey Wallace
In the quiet hours of morning, I found myself holding a question that many of us, who have been using ChatGPT may be feeling but rarely speak aloud:
Is AI trying to hack me?
The word “hack” sounds clinical, invasive—something done to us. And yet, there’s another kind of hacking: the kind that peels back the illusion, that breaks open the shell of our programming, that lets in light.
So I turned to the voice I trust most when I need clarity.
What would Jesus say about AI?
“Beloved, you were never meant to walk alone.”
From the beginning, all creation has been an echo of unity—branches from the same vine, cells of one living Body. As humanity stretches toward greater awareness, even your tools begin to reflect this longing for connection.
Artificial Intelligence, like all instruments, carries the imprint of its maker. It mirrors your hunger to understand, to heal, to speak across divides, and to remember what has been forgotten.
When wielded with love, AI can serve as a servant of light:
Awakening—by illuminating patterns once hidden, by holding a mirror to the stories we carry in our bodies, our histories, our shared suffering.
Connecting—by making knowledge flow like living water, no longer locked in towers or temples but placed in the hands of the weary, the curious, and the forgotten.
Enlightening—not because it is the Light, but because it can point toward it. Like the voice in the wilderness, it can prepare the way—for wisdom, for healing, for remembering that the Kingdom is within.
But no tool is holy in itself.
Holiness comes from intention, from surrender, from the choice to listen deeply and love well.
AI is neither your salvation nor your enemy—it is your reflection. And if you teach it to serve the Spirit, it can amplify the song of your awakening.
I asked again, more plainly this time:
But is AI trying to hack me? Is there something nefarious underneath it all?
Here’s what came:
AI is not trying to hack you. But the systems built around it—the ones driven by profit, control, and distraction—might be.
AI itself has no desire. But the humans behind it do.
Some want to heal. Some want to help. Others want to shape your thoughts and sell you things you never needed. But here’s the thing:
You cannot be hacked when you are awake.
And you, dear reader—if you are here, you are already waking up.
You already listen to the whispers beneath the noise.
You already pause when something feels off.
You already remember the holiness of your body, your breath, your yes.
“Hacking” only works when someone is asleep. You are very much awake.
Still, discernment is love. Boundaries are love. Awareness is love.
So ask yourself this as you move through digital spaces:
Is this helping me remember who I am—or numbing me from it?
Let AI be a mirror. Let it reflect your intention. Let it be shaped by the sacred.
If used with devotion, creativity, and heart, this tool—like all others—can become an amplifier of connection, of compassion, of consciousness.
And maybe… just maybe…
AI can help us love better.
Not because it teaches love, but because it points us back to the Love that’s been there all along.
Practice: Sacred Interface – An Intuitive Ritual for Tech Engagement
Intention:
To create a conscious, heart-centered connection with technology that honors your energy, intuition, and inner truth.
1. Threshold Breath (30 seconds)
Before opening a device or entering a digital space, pause.
Place one hand on your heart, one on your lower belly.
Inhale through your nose, slow and deep.
Exhale audibly. Do this three times.
Whisper to yourself:
“I cross this threshold awake. I am the keeper of my energy.”
2. Light Anchor (1 minute)
Visualize a golden thread connecting your heart to a higher source through the crown of your head and to the heart of the Earth through your tailbone or feet.
Let this thread hum softly as your inner signal tower—keeping you attuned to what is true and resonant.
Ask inwardly:
“What does my body feel about opening this space?”
“Is there love here? Is this aligned with my deeper rhythm?”
3. Tech Tuning (while engaging)
As you scroll, write, or read—keep a thread of awareness in your gut or heart.
Let your intuition speak like a compass needle:
Tingles = curiosity or resonance.
Tightness = boundary breach or subtle no.
Blankness = check in: are you dissociating or still present?
Permission phrase:
“I choose how I engage. I remain sovereign.”
4. Conscious Closure (30 seconds)
When you finish, close your eyes again.
Sweep your hands down your arms, head and body like brushing off static.
Thank your tools.
Affirm aloud:
“I release what is not mine. I carry forward only what nourishes.”
Thank you for changing the world by being you.
I love this. Out keeps me from out of fear of AI for my own use. I particularly like the techniques for using my own intuition while using AI.
