The map is a huge bolt of lightning coming down from the feminine side of spirit and striking directly into the center root of the page.

The bolt is white, bordered by evolutionary-growth blue, and its shockwave brings manifesting color into the red earth—the material realm.

The masculine side of the map is empty.

Perhaps the action is first in the stillness—in allowing, listening, and waiting for the lightning to strike.

Then—boom! Eureka!

The words White Light are written in evolutionary blue, while —ning appears in crown-chakra purple—a sign of external change.

May the bolts of sudden knowing strike your life in precisely the places that bring you closer to the world you most want to create.

The strawberry is the color of delicious, with Ajna-colored seeds and a border of feisty love in action.

The vine is emerald green—the heart chakra color—and the leaves are the color of resilience.

Strawberries carry symbolism of love, purity, and healing of the heart. They have been associated with love and fertility, and with restoring harmony and mending broken bonds.

This week’s message feels just as simple and delicious as the berry itself:

Let the sweetness in.

Allow those seeds of intuitive knowing to burst into your life.

Reach out to the community that helps you remember what you are most passionate about in this world.

Are there bonds you would like to mend?
Is there forgiveness waiting to happen?
Where might a little sweetness restore connection?

Listen to your heart.

And let’s take a big, juicy bite out of this life!

Hope last week was a hoot!

This week we move into a third chakra focus.

Time to shine.

Be confident in being you. Make a plan—and follow through.

The map this week shows seven stars bursting upward from the third chakra level of the page, rising into the sky from a deep purple center.

This week may bring a lasting shift in your sense of identity. You may change your mind, discover a new direction, or experience a deeper confidence in who you are becoming.

Seven is the number of cycles.

It reminds us that growth isn’t a straight line. We move in spirals, returning to familiar lessons from a slightly different perspective each time. Every pass offers another opportunity to shine a little more brightly.

The stars seem to guide us toward each of these energies:

Hi,

I hope last week held more flying than fire for you. Change is in the air.

This is a fifth chakra week. The throat chakra invites us into alignment with our truth and the expression of our sovereign will. Collectively, this week feels like an invitation to rise into greater freedom through discernment, intention, and the frequency we choose to embody.

The map shows a white owl perched at the top of a flagpole—with no flag.

She has just landed, creating spirals of evolutionary vibration along the entire length of the pole. Resting between the ajna and crown sections of the map, she bridges intuitive knowing with higher awareness, inviting us to trust what we sense as we navigate the changes unfolding around us.

The pole is gray, asking us to look differently at what we have been “running up the pole” in our own lives.

What flags are you flying?
Are your loyalties aligned with your evolution?

Owls symbolize clear vision, discernment, and the ability to perceive what others may overlook. They are often considered messengers between worlds. Her eyes, beak, and claws are painted in the colors of evolution. Her body is white—the color of unlimited purity. Although her heart faces away, she is looking back, reminding us to witness where we have been while choosing consciously where we are going.

The message is FREEquency.

Written in throat chakra blue and evolutionary growth colors, it suggests that as we express our authentic voice and live from our sovereignty, we naturally rise into the frequency of freedom.

This week, may you be discerning in the flag you choose to fly.

May your voice reflect your truth.

May you find the freedom to express your full frequency.

How’s your world turning? Did things cool down a little last week?

This week we move into the heart chakra. Reach out to your community, connect, and remember—we are all in this together.

The map this week is a firefly shining through the darkness, balanced on a single strand of wheat.

Its light is the color of healing and sacral orange—the energy of power, money, creativity, and relationship.

Fireflies bring light into the dark. They remind us that even the smallest light can illuminate the way, representing hope, resilience, and quiet guidance through uncertain times.

Go ahead and shine.

You may attract exactly what your heart has been calling for.

This little firefly has a hot pink body and wings—feisty love in action that helps us rise. Its eyes and antennae are deep sacred purple, intuitively tuned to Spirit. Its legs are evolutionary leap blue, firmly holding to the wheat—all except the back right leg, gently lifted in ease. Its body carries the color of surrendering to grace.

The message is simple:

Trust your intuition.

Your inner light already knows the way through the dark.

The wheat is leaf green—the color of building community. Wheat symbolizes abundance, gently swaying in the breeze. Hold onto your community. Lean into one another. Your abundance will grow from those connections.

The word Firefly is written in demanding sacred purple and surrounded by flames of sacral orange, reminding us that even a small light carries tremendous power.

Lastly, the page is divided into black and white. The masculine moves courageously into the darkness while the feminine rests, open with limitless potential. Together they create wholeness.

Shine your little light, my dear.

Hello,

How was your journey last week? Did you make it out of your cocoon and into the sky?

This is a seventh chakra week. So many of these this year. This week is one for allowing for grace. Invite it. Surrender to it.

The map this week is the earth being snuggled by a giant evolutionary leap blue mittened hand, with snow in the color of remembrance capping the entire north surface. A DNA helix of feisty love in action and healing energy are pouring down from spirit. The earth is shining in emerald and blue—community heart connections fully expressing themselves. The sun is shining brightly and the moon is full with unconditional love pink.

What IS this one about?

Snow brings stillness and a fresh start—perhaps this new, fresh, start will help us remember why we are here.

The mitten indicates comfort, protection, and shared warmth. We are in this evolution thing together during this strange cosmic weather.

The word CAP is in the color of star being blue.

The earth is floating between the heart and throat section of the map—as if we are collectively rising into a new expression.

Each map is completely unique to the individual and the moment in time in which it is created. Here is one I created for myself:

Each image below is a small window into someone's healing journey. While every map is unique, they all invite us to see the body through curiosity, symbolism, and compassion.

I use art as a bridge to wonder and beauty while addressing health.

When we experience beauty—or simply allow ourselves to experience wonder—it becomes much easier to let go of limiting stories about our bodies. Wonder opens the door to curiosity, and curiosity opens the door to healing.

Let it all go…

Set your beautiful mind

to the left of your head—

hold it softly, but firmly.

Let go of—

your stress.

your goals.

and your future.

Breathe a moment.

Then—

imagine growing a great, long nose—

just like an elephant's trunk.

Stretch it

and feel its power.

Then raise it toward the sky

in a trumpeting stance—

and place the center of it

on your forehead.

Press your trunk

into your forehead.

(Still holding your mind softly to the left.)

Find the path

to your third eye—

straight back from where your trunk touches.

Sense the path

between your third eye

and the deepest center of your heart—

your heart eye.

Now imagine

the trunk magically tracing that path—

curling into your own head

and down to your chest.

Close your mouth

and breathe through your trunk.

Take your breath

from deep inside

the center of your chest.

Let go of fear.

Let go—

of whatever arises.

Keep holding

your beautiful mind

to the left—

don't let go.

Keep breathing

your inside breath

until it feels complete.



Then release—

and rest.

We are all seeking the light.

Sniff it out.

It lives in you.

Hope you were able to see through the smoke last week and keep trusting your gut.

This week we move into a Chakra 3 focus. Solar plexus weeks are good weeks for shining your confidence out into the world. Use your head. Make a plan and follow through on it.

You’ve got this!

The map this week is a rainbow-colored monarch butterfly with its wings fully open. Every color of the rainbow is woven into its wings, along with both colors for love. Rainbows remind us that bridges exist between what seems separate—between spirit and matter, possibility and reality, and one another.

Butterflies symbolize transformation. They move through three distinct stages—egg, caterpillar, and butterfly. This week, we arrive at the final stage. The work of becoming has already happened. Now it is time to trust your wings.

Monarch butterflies also remind us that we are part of something much larger than ourselves. Their migration spans generations, with no single butterfly completing the entire journey. In much the same way, we carry the resilience, wisdom, and unfinished stories of those who came before us while adding our own chapter for those who follow. There is an inner knowing that guides us, even when we cannot see the entire path.

It’s time to fly.

As you wish <—> It will be harder to stand and move though.

Would you like to keep pushing—beyond what your body can handle?

Would you like to be in perfect physical health?

We are creative beings—
With great power and limited understanding.

Our mind initiates a new intention—
Our body matches the IN Tension.

How far away is your body
From what your mind desires it to be?

Sometimes measurement helps.
Sometimes our body asks us to soften and feel the dissonance.

When you think about taking actions
To change your body, how does your body feel?

Are you rejecting yourself?
Forcing yourself?

Your body has been built on
The momentum of every reaction.

Are you accepting yourself and your body
With unconditional love?

Even if it creates tension OUTside 
As the world keeps pushing you to be more?

There is the point of tension in which
We require some grace.

Where two or more are gathered
The polarity is changed—

There is a sweet spot
When push meets pull just right,

Strength meets ease—
And effortless balance arises.

Just enough tension on the line.
Not too much <—> Not too little.

A space in which the mind 
Can become empty 

And the body is humming along
Happily and fully engaged.

Paradoxically, this space of
Presence and no mind—

Is most efficient for 
Generating something new.

Good to have already thought through
What it is you would like to create.

Don’t worry, most of the time
You already know exactly what that is.

It helps to say YES!
And ride the joy deep into your body—

Your body will create an IN Tension
To match it

As you wish.

How was last week for you? Did you set your wishes free?

We remain in a sacral center focus this week—listening to our guts more than our heads. I hope you’re being gentle, clear, and kind with yourself and those around you.

The map this week shows smoke signals rising from a fire at the base of the page. The smoke grows larger as it rises into the air, forming three gray clouds. Gray is about seeing things from a different perspective. Three often represents finding emotional balance. Below, the fire burns in shades of red, orange, and yellow—the colors of the lower chakras.

Smoke signals can be seen across great distances. They were used to communicate danger, announce a presence, call for help, or simply let others know, I’m still here. Sometimes that’s all another human being needs to hear.

The word SIGNALS appears in orange, drawing our attention back to the sacral center—our gut knowing, creativity, relationships, and our ability to sense what feels aligned before our minds have time to explain it. Combined with a second week of sacral focus, this feels like an invitation to trust what your body already knows.

Not every message arrives as words.

Sometimes our bodies speak first.

Sometimes our relationships do.

Sometimes life itself sends up a little smoke.

The question isn’t whether the signals are there.

The question is...

Are we paying attention?

My Scottish ancestors
Fought for freedom.

Wanting to be right.

When I need to rally

Somewhere along the way,
I got all twisted up—

Fighting an internal war.
Colonizing myself.

Holding the battle

We are so much easier to control
When we imprison ourselves.

I’m done suppressing myself.

Too tired to keep fighting.

The walls of tension

My body built to survive

Have fallen.

I am letting go.

Relieved the war is over—

Still grieving heavy casualties.

The emptiness is terrifying

And also full of possibility.

Maybe if we each do the
Inside work of freeing ourselves,

External peace
Could finally have a chance.

Hi there,

How did last week’s slow flow go for you? Did you find your rainbow?

This week brings us back to a Sacral Chakra focus. Listen to your gut. You may need to turn down the noise in your head for a moment and really feel how your body is experiencing your life.

The map this week is a God Box—a practice of placing our wishes, worries, and hopes into something larger than ourselves. Traditionally, a God Box is used to place our desires into “God’s keeping.”

This box, however, is filled with four large white stones while sparkling energies of seventh chakra change and feisty-love-in-action rise upward into the sky. The box itself is the color of manifestation.

The four white stones speak of building a foundation for the future and receiving support. White brings the energy of limitless possibility, while the gray borders invite us to see things from a different perspective.

The words God Box appear in surrendered-to-grace teal, and the box rests across the heart chakra section of the map. It feels as though the heart’s wishes have opened and are now rising into the world.

I hope you can receive support for the foundations you are building and trust that what is truly yours will find its way forward.
